Return of product with manufacturing defect

Had purchased lee cooper dress from brand factory a company by future group. The product was in tatters within 2 months of purchase. I went back to outlet for complaint nd exchange, they agreed that the product seem to have the manufacturing defect. Yet didn't exchange citing they can only exchange within 7 days. Had spent over 700 for the dress and it lasted jut like a roadside non branded product. A cheating company both future group and lee coope
