Money deduction BUT order NOT PLACED

Dear consumer complaint forum,

I hereby want to launch a complaint regarding amount of Rs. 1167 being deducted from my bank account by the site brandmile.com and no order being placed for 2 products:

Portia Pumps worth Rs. 699

Lee T-shirt worth Rs. 500

I made the transaction on 24 December around 6am in the morning.

I called at their helpline number but it wasn't answered.

And have written complaint and emailed at their site but in vain.

I request for appropriate action being taken.

If my problem isn't solved, I'll have to take legal action.
