Staff misbehave

I want to bring in ur notice that in Jagat farm (Gr. Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar), Cantabil representative (Mr. Avdhesh) is not able to satisfy his customers. They are tampering ur great brand image.as well as the goodwill of the company. Mr. avdhesh was misbehaving and when i said that i will complaint against you, he replied that such complaints don't impact him and he is not scared of it. i would like you to take action against Mr. Avdhesh. so that such incidents could not happen again in future.
