Not received of Dividend from last four years

I have possess 100 Unit under Capital Growth Unit Scheme (Mastergain -92) & I have not received Dividend from you since last four years. Now I want to know that, why dividend is not given to me. I also want to redeem the units Kindly infrom me by return mail, about procedure of redumption of units & the price of the above units I will get.
