Problem in right shiow

Hi

I purchased a shoe on 30th july I started to wear it a week ago. The leather in right show is very hard and it wounded my toe, also leather is less shiny as compared to left shoe. I called the store, they said nothing can be done. Can anything be done, like refund or exchange?
