Chingu blanket scheme
On cancelling order not returning amount paid in advance

I bought chingu blanket from ladakh handloom, chharabra in shimla in 10k i paid 1800 at the shop in advance but when i reached home i saw so much fraud cases about it on the internet hence i cancelled the shipment by calling them yet there product have reached delhi when i told them to deduct there charges of transportation from 1800 paid advance and return my remaining money in my account. They replied that they have been charged 2000 hence they will not return any money. Is there any way to get my money back
