Churidhar from Silky Boutique-Calicut

I had purchased a Churidhar costing around Rs. 1300 from Silky Boutique-Calicut [Focusm Mall] on 13 Feb. Though it appeard ok at first sight, having worn from home the churidhar material got damaged in the sense that the fabric got shrunk and thread/yarn beagn to come out. When contacted the textile shot, the declined to replace the materail or cash back. Please let me know how and where to raise the complaint.
