Defective Clothes

I have purchased clothes of Rs.2178/- from Om Nett Wears, Kolhapur Road, Kamla Nagar, Delhi (Tel No.23851478) out of which some clothes of Rs.500/- (approx) are of bad quality / defected.

When I contgact the Mr Gaurav (owner of said shop) and shown the defected clothes, he straight forward refuse to change the clothes / refund the amount on 25trh June and after discussing I left the shop after handeed over the defected pieces to Mr Gaurav without getting anything.

Now, I would like to launch a complaint aganist the said shop and reuqest yuo to please arrange to refund my amount and safe others from the same iincident.
