Material removed from parel

Dear sir,

I have booked a parcel through Railway parcel booking for deliveyr at Miraj station from vadodara station. The dress material was packed in parcel. The railway parcel receipt number for the same was 350919 dated 2.11.2011.

To get receipt of delivery at Miraj station I have taken the lot of follow up with parcel officer Mr. Gaikwad at Miraj station for one week but not received any single response from him. Then my father personally met with Mr. Gaikwad but again he has shown zero response to customer complaint. He was even not ready to pick up the phone and answer properly customer or to track the parcel. Lastly I have contacted with his senior officer who helped me in resolving issue. Finally I have received the parcel on 14.11.2011 that is after 12 days of date of dispatch.

When I have opened the parcel again it was shocking news for me because 5 dress materials (valuation 2500 INR) were removed from the parcel and scrap cloth material was added in parcel to match the original weight of parcel. I have again made a complaint to the parcel officer and received again a cold response.

Due to the negligence of parcel officer I have faced a lot trouble.

Pl let me know when I will receive my lost material or compensation.

Waiting for strong support from railway dept to his unsatisfactory customer.
