Defective boots

I was really surprised with Cole Haan customer service. I bought many boots and shoes from Cole Haan, but I was surprised with them not standing behind their product. The zipper of the boots was defective, when I called customer service they wanted to charge me for fixing them. Instead of taking responsibility to fix the defective zipper.
