Dear Sir/Mam,

i would like to inform you that our EDC machine of Citi bank is not working for past two weeks. we already lodged complaint. we have spoken to Mr. Suresh (area Manager-9840236554) Regarding this problem. But he is saying that he will send the person to change the machine.but till now nobody has come to solve the problem. we are very depressed. Because of this we are getting scolding from our customer.

so it is our humble Request to take action for this asap.
