Damaged piece given by show room

I bought Woodland chappals from wood land show Marthalli, Bangalore.

Soon after 5 days it got teared on top. I went to show room and asked the staff they did not give proper answer and rejected to do any service.

I asked them to give their manager's phone number they rejected to give phone number of the manager. Please advise me what should I do in this regard
