Order no 100024862 [Case:32115]‏

I had placed order through "Deals and You" on May 16th for 3 travel bags. Payment was made on the same day through credit card. Delivery was to be done in 21 days as per terms and conditions of the offer.

Delivery has not been made till date (Its almost 2 months).

I have made about 9 phone calls to their support department, not to mention about 6 emails. I have made it clear that after 2 months i am not interested in the consignment anymore and i want the credit card transaction reversed.

I keep getting standard mails apologising and requesting me to be patient (from Ms Seema). I have spoken to Ms Anju today and told her that if i don't get a call from an executive of the firm in next 24 hours i will blog my experience with the company and escalate the matter to Mr Harish Bahl (founder of the website).

Despite many calls from my side, i am shocked that nobody from Deals and You has bothered to call me and take responsibility for the situation.
