Non Delivery of goods even after advance payment

I m shocked that even companies like deccan chargers a concern of deccan chronicle group is into this cheating business.i ve ordered 2 jerseys on 5-4-11 vide order no.2031 nd paid thru credit card.i had mailed them at their support team id thrice but no response from their side.they have not even mentioned their customer care no on their website, which clearly states their intention of cheating innocent people by taking money and betraying them. I M SHOCKED.
