Manufacureing defect goods not replaced

I have purchased a ALPHA TROLLY BAG'

Color- Blue, Barcode No - 1000668122, Invoice No-600 9/10/09 from D-Mart Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai.

Due to some manufacturing defect, i submitted the bag to DMART KK branch (date- 3rd oct Invoice No- 1329) as it was still under warranty period.

It has been more then a month now, DMART offcials (Navin Singh) are not willing to take any action regarding the same neither they call up or replace their defective product back. Rather they come up with reasons which are not satisfactory. As a regular customer of DMART this is annoying.

Kindly request you to take proper action against this and replace me with the above mentioned product else I will be forced to take drastic action which could be a complain in the Consumer forum.
