had bought bata doctor chappals from bata showroom at ghatkopar west (sarvoday) in nov.

i have worn these chappals since the past ten years..but this time the uppersole started poking my sole..i hv never had such a problem before... the chappals normally last atleast a yr..

so pls replace my chappals to the earliest... i havent kept the bill as i hv never had such a problem with your company before... i trust u to take immediate action
