Seller not picking the Call - westcoastcustoms_shop

I have purchased a pair of Biker gloves from 'westcoastcustoms_shop' member on 27/01. When we received the gloves, both were for Right Hand. So I contacted the seller and informed the same. The seller later asked me to courier the Gloves back to him and he promised to send back the Right Pair of Gloves within few days. I spent 150/- Rs to send it back and the courier status says that the seller has received the gloves. But still I have not got the replacement gloves from the Seller. I have sent quite few messages and the seller is not responding. Kindly suggest as what can be done with this issue. I have bought so many items online and this is my worst experience with the online shopping with www.ebay.in.
