Efusal to deliver the parcel at the given address

I have booked a pacel from your jamanagar office to be delivered at Bangalore (j, p nagar area). Though the the parcel has reached Banagalore they refuse to come at the mentioned address to deliver the parcel. They are saying that it is beyound there juridiction. If that was the case your person should have intimated me before taking the parcel.

Please help.
