False commitment of discount

I had visited the central store on ganesh khind road, after reading advertisement on times of india, that there is a flat 50% off offer on brand BIBA. when i went to the store there was only 20% discount when i selected an item from BIBA. Product discription- Style KW366, commodity set, MRP 1899. I went to Customer Service desk and met Apeksha Dave and Abhisek Kumar Tiwary, for the same issue. but both of them said i will not get flat 50% off offer on BIBA brand and it is a common practice by Central of not doing so.
