Fashion and You
Product not received and no response from customer care

Hi,

I placed an order on Fashion and You website on Nov 12 (Order number: 142578). And until now, I have not heard from them. Neither have I received my product nor have they replied to my emails. I have emailed them twice but no response. My status in my account still shows as 'To be dispatched'.

This is really bad service because the time taken is more than whats been mentioned on the website. At least, the customer care department should write back to the customers addressing their issues. Its been more than 2 months now, therefore, someone should contact me as soon as possible.
