No Refunds

I bought these shoes from fashion and you in dec. but due to sizing issue i had to return those shoes. Now they have to refund an amount of Rs.1500 Rs.1000, which i asked as a store credit. To my surprise its been 12 days, despite of me calling them 10 times and they promising me another day again and again. Nothing has been done till now. They are violating the promises they made and i don't know how to get that money from them. Please help getting my money back from these people..This is my hard earned money i just feel so cheated and helpless.
