Completely unprofessional

Once again I hv suffered this company's complete unprofessional attitude.

I got 1000 credits for reference and when I tried to redeem there is nothing.

Now their guys say that is expired! Will I dream of the expiry date... Shouldn't they intimate me via SMS or email when it is about to expire!

My Journey with Fashionandyou so far.

1) They have one item LOST (swatch watch)

2) One item that took more than 3 months to reach me (ritu Kumar kurta)

3) This kurta was supposed to be ritu Kumar label but no where can I find a lable on it.

4) I have 1000 credits disappeared from my account.

5) 2 hours on customerservice and no good answer... "We appologise blah blah blah..."

That's enuff for me to rate you the worst Internet selling site ever.
