Material not received from past 40 days

I have booked an order# 679054 on August 03. I had booked three commodities through the same order. i have received 2 of the commodities by August 18/ 2011.

The last one was still pending and i haven't received it yet. I have paid the charges in advance and now i am not getting any response from the side of the company. i have been calling them since August 30.

Please look into this matter as this is frustrating me and i don't know how many more customers.
