Order not delive

I have purchased one clutch from fashion and you (Order No.:1220926). I booked it on 20th Dec it is showing deliver on 4th Jan on fashion and you site but clutch is still awaited (Ref no showing on F&U is: FP006828) till 7th feb.

I am doing followup from last one month but whenever I called the fashion and you team they put my call on hold for more than half hours and the response received is same every time ”Wait for 3 more days we are trying to track the courier & will provide proof of delivery in next 3 days”

Same practice fashion and you team following from last 1 month, in this period I have discussed many guys of fashion and you named Rahul, vinayak, sumit, Pavitra and so called sr. management Mr. Ashish, Ms. Nitika, Mr. Nitin but response remain same irrespective of their position ”Wait for 3 more days we are trying to track the courier & will provide proof of delivery in next 3 days”.

Now I am unable to handle the situation because fashion and you team infect don’t bother for customer problem.

I request consumer forum to intervene and resolve the issue otherwise if I will followup any more with F&U team my mobile bill cost will me more than clutch ordered.
