from your company. Unfortunately, it has fallen far short of my expectations. When I attempted to use it, I found the quality is poor. Above is the attached picture of the product.

I am appalled at the substandard quality of this product, and will be returning it to you. I expect a refund within two weeks.. If you have any questions,

I hope that I will not be forced to report this incident to the Better Business Bureau and state and federal consumer agencies, as well as popular consumer advocacy blogs.
