Damaged Goods Recieved/No response

I recieved the order number 185297 Item: CARLTON LONDON FOOTWEAR - Nasturtium in damaged condition. It is a shoe and the leather was worn off and torn alont the soe soles. I dropped them a mail withing 48 hours of delivery but since then i have not heard from them and neither have i been able to get intouch with the support exective. I have shopped before and so far the experience has been nothing but pleasurable but this issue is throwing me off the track.

I have not been contacted by the Courier company-DTDC or any one so i could return the material.
