Non Delivery of the product

I had placed an order on this particular site on the 22nd of may and as per the terms and conditions the product has to be delivered within 3-4 weeks from the date of making an order. My order number is 448711.There was a eyeliner and a pair of sandals. I have received my eyeliner but have not received the sandals and it is more than a month the product has not been delivered. On calling the company the executives just raise a complaint and nothing is being done. The call was forwarded to the supervisor and the supervisor was very rude and just said she would check out and when can they deliver the product. It is highly disappointing.
