No response on the pending order status

Hi, I am one of the regular customer of Fashnvia.com which is an online store where we can shop apparels, foot wear and other accessories. So far i have purchased nearly around 30K worth of products from them.

the latest purchase I have made total of 8 products on April 08. So far i have received only 3 products out of 8. I have called so many times & mailed them and asked about the pending product status. They use to say the stock of those products are not delivered from the actual product maker. Its been 2 months that i have ordered the same. Still they are saying the same reason for the delay.

Even i have asked to refund the amount for those product which cant be delivered. They are not ready for that also.

Recently i have tried call 100 times, they are not picking my call and there are no response for my mail also.

Actually they are showing the latest brands of apparels and other accessories which are not in their stores. Customer like who likes some product do the order cant get it as per the expectation of the product would be delivered within a week or 2. They are not updating their site properly with the stock they avail in their store.

If they cant able to make the purchase that customer ordered, they by themself not updating the customers. This is not acceptable at all. How long can the customer wait for the products? Max of one month would be toleratable. But for my case its been 2 months.

I am totally fed up with their service. Thats why i am raising this complaint.

Please help me to get me the product or my amount.
