Poor Service for delivery

Hi All,

I placed an order from BANGALORE (on PHONE) for my Grandparents, in ALIGARH, for their 50th anniversary.. Order No : 700663120.. I ordered 1 boquet and a box of sweets to be delivered on 4th March. The delivery guy delivers the gift on 3rd March itself. and when i complain about that, he takes back back the gift from my grand parents to bring it back the next day.. Now how sensible is this from his and company's side to keep this kind of policy to take the gift back..

First off they ruined my planned surprise for the day.. and hen when my grandparents were happy to receive a gift from my side. he takes it back..

I would like to talk to some authoritative person about this. but the company company has different people to handle phone calls so they just listen to what we say and not act sensibly..

A very very poor first time experience for me.. HUH.
