Dear Sir/Madam, I am a british citizen and I purchased my wedding dress from the above, and after 9 weeks of waiting, i have realised that this company is a scam, they steal designs from other designers and post them as their own, they have scammed so many people out of money with a made to measure service and once they have your money, they ignore emails and calls, and keep the money. If you google search figura fashion complaints/scam you will see im not the only one. I lost $199 but others have lost more, they even get their staff to put fake reviews. Its been going on for 3 years, Can you help to stop these frauds selling, how can we get their licence revoked? Who can I complain to? Which minister is in charge of trade and export? please please guide me as to what i can do. kind regards
