Courier lost

Hi,

i had sent a parcel to my friend as his birthday gift from sikar (rajasthan) to patna (bihar). I had been calling them to enquire for the courier but they said that it has been delievered but was not, then said it had been delieverd to a wrong address, again they said that it was delieverd n now they say it is lost. It has been more than 2 weeks since i had complained but i know nothing about my courier yet.
