Shipment delay

I have ordered via Snapdeal and the package shipped by 21st. I still didn’t get the package yet.

My Consignment Number is O20289156. I have called to the customer care and there is no reply from them (as usual executives are busy..put on hold).

I really pissed off on the service. I got shocked that the shipment I didn’t received still today (25th May).

Its like a normal postal service and there is no meaning for the "COURIER" service.

I sent a complaint to them and still no reply and they are escaping..
