Poor quality of leather and much more

I have purchased Florsheim – comfortech shoes from Metro Shoes Ltd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India on 14/03.

I and my whole family are fond of this brand only. We are using this brand since last 8-10 years. And we are using this particular range only.

This time I found that the quality of material is very poor. It’s not up to the mark which was came in the earlier days.

I feel that quality is not as per your brand name. I am very upset with the quality. I am not using this because of the quality.

Need your clarification and corrective action as soon as possible.
