REPLACEMENT OF JEANS

DEAR ALL,

I had purchased a Jeans Pent of Flying Machine brand from "ATTITUDE" (The Garment Store) 13-Bhupindra Road, Patiala Ph. 0175-5000488 wide bill no. 1700 dated 12.02.2011 of Rs.1499/- to Gift someone. While purchasing i asked them to for exchange the product if it is not fit to the person for whom we are purchasing and then the shop head said that you can exchange without removing the tags etc. Now on 04.03.2011 we went to the store for exchange the pent because that is not fit to the person for whom it was purchased but the shop head refuse to exchange the same and also they collect the product from us and keep inside. Kindly help us on urgent basis.
