MGinger/Super Saver Combo
Fraud Product

I ordered super saver combo offer (Order ID 200171) of mGinger company (Gingersoft Media Pvt Ltd) in association with FullonSMS for the Denim jeans & Polo wrist watch worth Rs. 1299/- at Rs. 399/- only by COD (Additional COD charges Rs. 50/-) on 22nd July. But today when it was delivered to me by Aramex courier, shipment no.-4440533720, I found that there was no Denim jeans nor a Polo wrist watch but a local jeans (approx Rs. 100-150 only) & a false Reebok wrist watch (which was also defective!). I try to contact with mGinger's customer care number (080 41650489) but it found busy all the time & also tried in a number (8039123912), by which once they call me for the product confirmation, but it found that incoming call facility of that number is not available. So it is clear to me that I have been cheated. In the bill they also told "No Claim will be accepted unless communicated in written within three (3) days of receipt of goods" & damage/defect product replacement. Which of course not enough convinced me to do that after getting such product.
