Frorshiem comfortech
The shoe heel getting soft and withering away

Dear Sir,

I have been wearing Frorshiem Comfortech shoes exclusively for the past 5 years now. This is my 7th or 8th pair since then. Out of these 5 have worn out and ALL had the same problem & The heels wear out by becoming soft and bursting out by the sides and disintegrating into powder form. Inspite of this regular problem I am not able to shift to any other brand because none other shoe gives me a similar comfort level.

But these are not lasting long and thats just because of the heel problem. the sole otherwise is fine-- no cracking and no stiching and glue coming off.

Especially in the rainy weather it absorbs moisture and disintegrates.

Please look into the matter urgently and inform me the remedy as well. My 2 pairs of shoes (black and brown) purchased 6 months back are both gone with the same problem.

Hope you will suggest me a remedy.
