POOR CUSTOMER CARE

I purchased a pair of shoes from future bazaar online, when i purchased the shoes it was in stock and the customer care called me up to let me know that i would need to pay the cash at the bank for which i did the very next day, however its been a long wait approximately 2 months and the product is still not arrived. I called the customer care several times and now they tell me i will have to cancel the order from my side for which i have refused, This is to also let people know that the customer care are a bunch of liars and cheats they never give you the right answer or information. I WOULD PERSONALLY SAY FROM MY END DO NOT SHOP FROM FUTURE BAZAAR ONLINE THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND THE LAST EXPERIANCE EVER HAD WITH THEM.
