I had ordered and apparel (Order No. 5001772208) from Futurebazaar India Ltd., on 6th August '10 and accordingly made payment of Rs. 200/- vide cheque no. 950648 dtd 6.8.10 through ICICI Bank towards the purchase.
Futurebazaar India Ltd., has encashed the cheque. However, till date I have not received the apparel ordered for.
It seems that Futurebazaar India Ltd., is a fraud company and after several calls made to them by me and false promises of delivery within the next 7 days or 72 hours I conclude that customer's should resist from falling prey to such companies.
They are neither permitting me to purchase another good of the same value.
