This is to inform you that I had placed an order (#6589668) online on 04-aug at Rediff Shopping. Payment also made through net banking. Payment also cleared.

The material would be dispatched from GenX Trading, JAY SHREERAM PLOT NO-20 SECTOR-2 NEAR CHARKOP POLICE STATION OPPOCITE BMC SCHOOL CHARKOP KANDIVALI WEST, MUMBAI 400067.

But the same yet not dispatched. As per order, the same should be delivered by 07-08

I had contacted GenX Trading @ 02265263656 / 08097814483 regarding the same. But, I had not received any satisfactory answer.

Request you to take currect action against GenX Trading and Rediff Shopping
