Spects - poor quality & service

I bought a pair of spects from GKB opticals in alwarpet for Rs.4000. the spects did not last for a week also. slowly it started ripping apart. managed it for three months... then i went n gave it to them for repair. they kept it for 2 days and gave it back to me in the same condition without repairing it. when i argued and fought with them they replaced some local material and gave it to me in 3 minutes. its absolutely ridiculous. they also cheated me by not giving a bill for the frame when i bought it. they only gave me a service slip for fixing the lens and took it back. they are such cheaters and big loosers who claim themselves to be the best in quality and service! PLEASE DON"T EVER GO THERE TO BUY SPECTACLES!
