Godrej bean Bag
No service is being provided during the warranty

I got a godrej bean bag from sarana stores, Chennai. After 3 months there was a problem with lock in the bean bag. I called the godrej custome care and registered a complaint (Complaint number:382515). I was told that they will send a person to fix the problem. But no one tuned up yet. The cost of the product is Rs.2100/- I have the bill with me.
