Deffective Sherbani

Dear Sir,

I was purchased one sherbani (Rs 2700/-)on 30th June from the above mentioned shope located at Kachrapara, 24 pargana (N), west bangal. This was purchassed for my marriage ceremony. On 7th July i saw that all the works on the cloths get rusted. After three four days i gone to the shop for replacing, then they returned back me. after after one week i gone again they returned back me. On 15.08.09 they received the Sherbani and told me to take information after 15 to 20 days. Accordingly i took information from them but everytime they returned back me. Till date they returned back me near about 10 times. Still now they did not returned the materials.

Distance of the shop from my house is apprx- 13 km. Please look into this matter.
