A parcel had been delivered to me in Visakhapatnam on the 16th of July, from my parents in Guwahati.

One of the item an (assamese handloom purse) was missing. I request you to please recover the lost item or refund the cost of the item which was Rs.400.

I have been a loyal customer of Overnite Courier as my father has a franchise of it in Guwahati.
