Late response

Reference my complaint dated 17.7.2010.

It gives me great pleasure to note the quick response to my complaint. Thank you so very much.

The store staff returned my bag which was a Da Milano bag.

I was told they do not take job work of other Company's bags. I do agree and respect company policies.

I did not see the tag when I gave the bag on 5.5.2010. Since I have Hidesign bags also, I thought it was a Hidesign bag and gave it at your store.

Needless to say had I been advised accordingly when they took my job order, I would not have given my bag nor made any complaints. Sorry about it.
