We did business from Belgium with him trough Alibaba.com and we gave him pictures, he said he could make exactly as on pictures.

We payed him about 2500$ (50% in advance) and balance after delivery.

now he does not want to send the clothing before he receives the balance shipmentcosts. but we do not trust him anymore. we asked pictures of the clothing as proof. He shows us clothing that not look at all as on the pictures we gave him to make and the quality of the fabric is very poor, eventouhg he asks allot of money per piece of clothing;

I tell him I want my money back but I am shure he will not do that.

what can we do from out of belgium to make him give our money back?
