Cheated by promotional offe

Hi Style Apparels, 2nd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai, have announced a promotional offer during 2009 January saying that for the purchases made during the period, an equivalent amount of purchase can be done after one year. I along with my family had purchased cloths worth Rs.2200.00 during the period. At the time of payment the counter person told us to retain the bill for the same purpose.

And now after one year when we approached them, they have denied the offer saying that offer voucher is required for that, which was not at all informed us. We do not have any proof other than the bill and credit card payment slip.

We feel that they have cheated. How to proceed legally for this complaint.
