Bad shopping experience

I had a horrible experience from http://www.bestylish.com/. I shopped from this site and completed the payment formalities through net banking. Immediately after i finsihed shopping I realized that by mistake I choose the wrong size of my shoe. I called up the customer care. They informed me that I can't changed the size of the shoe and I have to cancel the order and reorder. I was not convinced as a customer that i can't change the size of the shoe once I order and that too immediately. So I put a request for cancellation which has been taken instantly.

After that I had to followup with them almost alternate day for a month for returning my money back. The length of discussion would have been 2 hours or more. Most of the people who talks to you will introduce as supervisor and assure you to send a mail regarding the money back and they will never sent. Few customer care agent were very rude and even cut your call.

Never had such a bad experience before for shopping.
