I took one pair of black ladies footwear from a local shop of woodland in Lucknow (UP). Astrange defect was seen

in that sandle which was worth 1600Rs. The leather provided on the straps were flacking, which was a total new experience for me. On complaing to a local store, instead of listening patiently, Mr P.N.Singh of Hazratgang

store had started showing me the warranty chart and his total inability to entertain my request to atlest show me some way for its redressal. Where as i never tried to compulsory return the defective piece, which came in my lot.

Sir/Madam, I am a loyal customer of this brand and the treatment I recieved was far from the reputation your brand holds in the market. Under this back drop may I request you to direct your Manager to have a positive look of the complaint by directing me to show them the sandle once again.

Your this act will definitely instill a confidence in me, which has at its lowest now.
