I had boughut a sunglass from shoppers stop, south city, kolkata, i had paid some where about 1250 nd had used only 1month nd 5 days.i saw that the lright side glass had come out of Frame unknowingly.nd sum how frame is also broken..it was happend all of sudden in one morning..i went out to shoppers stop customer care nd there 2 person asistaned me whos name was AHMED ALI & PRASANTO GANGULI..they were told me thts broken frame could nt replaced..bt true fact is i didnt knw hw it was broken? when it was happnd all of sudden..they took 30 days fr a glass replacement..if shoppers stop nd idee brand is like this, thn how could i blv like this kind off stupid brand, rlly i have no faith abt this idee barnd nd as well shoppers stop..just will waitng fr 30 days, ltes c wht they will do.

bt in the end is the big question mark abt shoppers stop nd idee company???
