ID SHOES
DEFECT IN SHOES PURCHASED ON 28th May

I have purchased id shoe (ARTICLE NO - 302, SIZE 44) from mochi shoes at lucknow. After having trust on such a big brand name like ID i go for it. But Sir its not more than day 15 days since I purchased shoe and not more than 5 days I used it. The shoe now is in worse condition. Pasting from soul of shoe totally disappear, black colour strip given on it for design totally removed and now shoe is not in condition so I can used it more. After spending amount of 1885.00 and having such a trustworthy brand shoe I got shocked to see response given by it. I also contact mochi shoes in this matter but no help is provided by them. So its my humble request sir to look toward this matter and close it as soon as possible.
